If Owens Recovery Science, Inc is notified in writing or by phone 14 or more working days prior to beginning of course a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be provided.
Course fees are non-refundable within 14 days of a course.
Owens Recovery Science, Inc reserves the right to cancel any class due to an unexpected event. If the course is canceled, students may choose either a complete refund or move to a future scheduled course.
